- Has object-oriented design and development experience; knowledge of data structures, algorithm design, problem solving, multi-threading, and complexity analysis
- Has a strong understanding of Agile methodologies (unit testing, continuous integration)
- Master clean architecture, dependency injection, and reactive programming

UX/UI Designer
Our perfect candidate for this position:

- Expertise in standard UX software (e.g. InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, Balsamiq).
- Designs must show strong understanding of interaction design, web accessibility standards, and commercial revenue generation.
- Leadership in the design and execution of end-to-end product design initiatives, including both remote and on-site user research and acceptance testing.
- Ability to extract detailed UX requirements from both internal and external stakeholders, and translate these into elegant, customer-focused product designs.
- CSS/HTML coding experience would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of current and emerging trends in digital product development, and the ability to translate this into actionable and commercially relevant recommendations.
- Knowledge of design for revenue generation in the B2B and/or B2C environment.
